Tracy has extensive fieldwork experience, having conducted over 4,000 compliance assessments over his 19 years in the field. Tracy has enjoyed the opportunity to work with Altria Group and R.J. Reynolds on the implementation of the first GAP assessments in 2009 - 2010. During the next 5 years he conducted over 1,000 GAP assessments within the United States, until the end of 2014 when he joined ARCHE Advisors. From 2010 to 2012, for 18-months, Tracy worked on-site with Altria Group, in Richmond, VA, as a 3rd party liaison for Underwriters Laboratory working in several facets of social and environmental sustainability. Tracy has served in management for Fortune 500 companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Saks Incorporated and Office Depot. His fieldwork is not limited to agriculture but spans many sectors; his experience involves different methods and criteria, to include (but not limited to) Code of Conduct assessments, WRAP, SA-8000, ISO-9001 and SMETA.

Tracy has lived in Latin America and is fluent in Spanish.
